torque sensor, also known as load cell, an electronic device is used , to convert the force into an electrical signal. This conversion is indirect and takes place in two stages. With a mechanical device, the force deforms, felt a strain gauge. The strain gauge converts the deformation (strain) into electrical signals. A load cell usually consists of four strain gauges in a Wheatstone bridge configuration. The cells from one or two strain gauges are also available. The output of the electrical signal is typically on the order of a few millivolts and requires amplification by an instrumentation amplifier before it can be used. The output of the converter is plugged into an algorithm to calculate the force applied to the transducer. There are different styles of torque available. Rotary, stationary (reaction) and online are used for calibration and testing different.

First off, a Honda GX390 is an engine. The washer pump is separate, my guess would be with that size engine that you are getting around 2500-3000 psi. I assume that is what you’re asking.
