I know my washer design quantity. All internet internet sites I sort it into say “cant be located”. Then give me alternate figures. Why cant my range be identified?

I have a Kenmore washer machine model 15862400 that is whinning during the spin cycle but does not spin how can I fix this? What could it be? Has anyone else had this problem?
The rubber coupling looks fine, found whining coming from water pump. How old was your washer, Joevette?
