It was producing this horrible sound durring the spinning cycles, then it ceased functioning durring these cycles all with each other. It will fill with water. Also there is this horrible burning sound. I tipped it more than and the belt is good. It did seem like when I made the belt turn that the big circle pully and one particular of the smaller ones was turning, but not the other tiny one particular. What could I do?

my washer won’t agatate but will do every thing else after a wile you can smell the belt buring, I replaced them but it did not help

Sounds like the transmission is locked and the belt can’t turn it.
