My wife explained that the device begins to fill and when it is washing it will make a loud sounds, sounds like a bearing to me. But after awhile the sound stops. When I looked at the handle dial while it was producing the sounds it was on the drain and spin cycle. We have a GE prime load WJRR4170GOWW. Is there also a free of charge troubleshooting website?

My washer is spinning out of handle when the spinning cycle activates and then it cuts off with out finishing the total wash cycle. It leaves my white and light coloured clothes with dirty marks on them and white marks on the dark-coloured clothes. I have experimented with altering detergents and switching amongst powdered and liquid washing soap but nothing at all would seem to function. When it is spinning out the h2o to rinse or in the course of the closing spin the machine seems like the center sounds like it’s going to jump out of the device. What can be the issue and/or a probable solution?
